Our exclusive membership offers you the opportunity to enjoy the finest accommodations, exceptional service, and a host of privileges that will enhance your vacation experiences for the next 20 years.

Membership Details:

• Basic membership cost: ₹5,00,000 for 20 years.
• Enjoy 7 nights/8 days of stay for 4 weeks in each season, totaling 28 nights/29 days annually.
• Seasons are divided into 4 quarters, with each quarter lasting 3 months.
• Members can utilize their 7-night stays in each quarter to match the specific season they prefer.

Rotational Weeks:

The weeks within each season will rotate cyclically every year, ensuring a fair distribution of preferred vacation periods among members.

Refund Policy:

• After 20 years, members will be refunded their entire membership cost of ₹5,00,000.
• Members also have the option to withdraw and receive a partial refund after specific lock-in periods:
• After 10 years: 30% refund (₹1,50,000).
• After 15 years: 50% refund (₹2,50,000).
• After 20 years: 100% refund (₹5,00,000).

Annual Maintenance Charge (AMC):

• Members are required to pay an annual maintenance charge of ₹16,000 to cover the upkeep of the resort facilities and amenities.
• AMC should be paid in the month of January each year to avail nights for the respective year.
• Late payment of AMC will incur an additional 12% late charge per annum.

Reservation and Stay:

A dedicated team of professionals will handle reservations for members, ensuring a seamless and personalized booking experience. To enjoy their stay for a particular year, members must clear their previous year's dues and pay the current year's AMC at least 45 days before their preferred date of stay.

Surrender and Transfer:

• Members cannot transfer their membership to heirs or nominees.
• Surrender of membership is only allowed after the lock-in period of 10 years.

Resort Maintenance and Operations:

The promoter is responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the resort, including civil and local wear and tear. An operating company will handle the day-to-day operations of the resort, including retail businesses after fulfilling the committed nights as per the membership plan.

Refund of Gross Sales:

The promoter will be liable to pay a refund of gross sales to members after the tenure of 20 years, ensuring the financial benefits of membership are realized.
