Dukes Den Resort Return and Refund Policy

At Dukes Den Resort, we strive to provide our guests with a memorable and enjoyable experience. We understand that there may be situations where you need to return or request a refund for your reservations. This Return and Refund Policy outlines the guidelines and procedures for such instances.
Reservation Cancellation and Refund:
Cancellation Policy: To cancel your reservation at Dukes Den Resort, please notify us at least 7 days before your scheduled check-in date to receive a full refund of your deposit.
Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed within 7 business days from the date of cancellation. Please note that the refund will be made to the original payment method used for the reservation.
Late Cancellation: If you cancel your reservation less than 7 days before your check-in date, a cancellation fee equivalent to one night's stay will be charged.
No-Show: In the event of a no-show or if you fail to check in on your scheduled arrival date, the entire reservation amount will be charged, and no refunds will be issued. Amendment or Change of Reservation: If you wish to amend or change your reservation dates, please contact our reservation desk at least 72 hours in advance of your check-in date, subject to availability. Any changes to your reservation may result in adjustments to the booking rate, and you will be responsible for any additional costs incurred. Inclement Weather and Natural Disasters: In the case of unforeseen circumstances such as inclement weather or natural disasters that affect your stay, we may offer to reschedule your reservation to a later date or provide a full refund, depending on the circumstances. We will make every effort to accommodate your needs during such events.
Refund Eligibility: Refunds will only be provided for reservations made directly with Dukes Den Resort. If you booked through a third-party website or travel agency, you must follow their cancellation and refund policies. Refunds will be issued in the same currency and through the same payment method as the original reservation.
